Some cases are hard because the law is complicated. Others are hard because the person on the other side makes them hard. This can be through obstruction, unpredictability, intimidation, or a straightforward refusal to engage reasonably.
We have seen most versions of this. We know how to maintain a clear strategy when the other side is doing everything possible to derail one. We know when to push, when to hold, and when the most powerful move is a composed, well-constructed position delivered through the right channel at the right moment. We don't get drawn in. We stay focused on what our client needs, and we don't let difficult behaviour on the other side define how we conduct ourselves.
