Jo is a paralegal working closely with all members of the team, providing support with the day-to-day running of cases. She has experience of all aspects of family law including separation, divorce, financial issues, matters relating to children, and disputes regarding cohabiting couples.
Jo routinely files divorce proceedings together with any subsequent necessary documentation, such as applying for decree nisi and decree absolute. She also helps fee earners with the preparation and filing of applications and documentation at court including Forms E and accompanying disclosure
Jo liaises closely with clients, the court, counsel and experts who value her organisational and communication skills.
