AFP Bloom is glad to share that founder and partner Zoë Bloom has been shortlisted for Inspirational Woman of the Year at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards International 2026, taking place in London on 4 March. This recognition reflects not just individual achievement, but the kind of modern, people centric leadership AFP Bloom continues to develop.

Leading with clarity and courage

As one of the founders of AFP Bloom Zoë wanted to create a different kind of family law firm, focusing directly on the needs of the client. To achieve this, the AFP Bloom “team” is front and centre; always fiercely committed to helping clients take back control at some of their most difficult times. This approach makes space for clients’ real stories; while achieving outcomes that genuinely change lives for the better.

As a leader, she champions an environment where junior voices are heard, ideas are shared without hierarchy, and success is celebrated collectively. That culture of recognition and mutual respect is central to AFP Bloom’s identity – and a powerful example of female leadership in a sector that still leans heavily on tradition.

The Citywealth Powerwomen Awards celebrate women who move sectors forward: driving inclusion, opening doors for the next generation and bringing integrity and humanity to high‑stakes decision‑making. Zoë’s shortlist spotlights the role family law plays in the wider private wealth ecosystem – from safeguarding children and assets to supporting clients through complex cross‑border and high‑value matters.

Her work shows that excellence in law is not just about technical brilliance; it is about how people feel held, heard and empowered throughout the process. For women in particular – whether founders, executives or caregivers – that blend of clarity, fairness and agency can be transformative.
